Langas Art Group was recently formed by painter/ illustrator/graphic designer Veronika Doljenkova (New York, NY) and painter/performance artist Lialia Chepulite (Boston, MA). Langas means “window” in Lithuanian. We think it is very important for an artist to play an active part in today's society' life both as a creator and an educator and to help raise public awareness about environmental and political concerns through art.
